This sumptuous flourless cake’s interior is incredibly rich and dense, made of extra dark chocolate, butter and eggs and has a generous layer of tart raspberry preserves. The exterior of the cake is enrobed with a 24 karat gold brushed chocolate glaze. A little slice of this beauty serves eight, presented in a handmade wooden box.
