Smoked Salmon Basket (8 oz. Salmon and Gravlax)

Quality of ingredients and hand labor distinguish this wonderfully buttery, hand sliced smoked Scottish salmon. This Atlantic salmon is sustainably raised in the rough waters off the northern tip of Scotland. Each salmon fillet is hand-cured with a blend of pure sea salt and demerara sugar. Fillets are then naturally cold-smoked over smouldering oak wood. Finally, each smoked fillet is carefully trimmed by hand and delicately sliced. In addition to 8 ounces of smoked salmon, this gift also features 8 ounces of Gravlax, made the same way but finished with a cure of dill and spices. We include three classic accompaniments - capers, organic whole wheat crackers, fresh lemons, and a knife.
