Amy's Bread Basket

From NYC's acclaimed Amy's Bread, the Bread Basket features four signature loafs made using all natural, wholesome ingredients: Semolina Raisin Fennel Loaf is slightly sweet from the raisins, aromatic from fennel seeds, and coated. Potato Onion Dill Loaf is a moist, tender and perfumed with onions, dill, and coarse cracked pepper. Black Olive Loaf is moist and chewy, and loaded with kalamata black olives. Walnut Peasant Loaf is made from a blend of whole wheat, rye and white flour that is studded with large meaty walnuts.
