Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at (800) 841-5718 promptly.
  2. Provide your order number and details.
  3. We will confirm cancellation eligibility and proceed accordingly. Please note that cancellation requests within 24 hours of shipping (48 hours of shipping in December) may not be possible due to orders having been printed and into production. We will do our best to cancel when possible in these circumstances and let you know of the outcome.

For Defective or Damaged Products:

Given the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, we stand behind a satisfaction guarantee.

Reporting Damage:

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact Customer Service at (800) 841-5718 or orders@mfruit.com immediately.
  2. Provide your order number, description, and optional photos of the damage.
  3. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.

Replacement Process:

We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged goods at no additional cost to you.

Refund for Damaged Products:

If a replacement is not feasible, we will process a refund.

Refund Timing:

Refunds for damaged or defective products are issued within 7-14 business days of the complaint.

Refund Method:

We will issue the refund to the original form of payment.

For Customer Remorse:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns due to customer remorse.

Exceptions:

For non-perishable items, if you have concerns or are dissatisfied, please contact our Customer Service team to discuss potential remedies.
